Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Special Education educators into highly effective professionals
  • Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data
  • Observe instruction and provide actionable coaching to improve student outcomes
  • Lead IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring to ensure legal compliance
  • Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns
  • Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
  • Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists
  • Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators
  • Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program
  • Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
  • 5+ years of experience in educational technology or related industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment
  • 3+ years of experience managing people
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and LMS tools
  • Ability to work a fixed schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mountain Time
