Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Special Education educators into highly effective professionals
- Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data
- Observe instruction and provide actionable coaching to improve student outcomes
- Lead IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring to ensure legal compliance
- Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists
- Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
- 5+ years of experience in educational technology or related industry
- 5+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and LMS tools
- Ability to work a fixed schedule of 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Mountain Time
