About the role
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder to deliver structured action that turns complex situations and ideas into clear decisions and outcomes
- Own projects end to end, from problem identification to building the answer and seeing it through
- Move fluidly across changing priorities and operate with full discretion
Requirements
- High level of ownership and ability to manage high-stakes, largely undefined problems
- Ability to deliver structured action and outcomes
- Experience across diverse domains including startup incubation, AI, real estate, and data infrastructure

The Principal runs a global portfolio spanning investments, operating companies, and new ventures. The role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder across all areas of build: problems that are high-stakes, largely undefined, Chief Executive Officer, and require someone who can take full ownership and see them through.
