Specialist, Business Management Support, Consumer Banking (VP)

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance policies and procedures for CBG Wealth business operations and consumer products to ensure regulatory compliance
• Review end-to-end processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and operational effectiveness
• Support business initiatives and new product launches to ensure robust processes and adequate risk management
• Prepare and maintain documentation to protect the interests of both the Bank and customers
• Manage operation processes for the Wealth business, covering investment and insurance in HK and Macau
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in transformation or project management
• Knowledge of general banking products, services, and related regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
