Specialist, Credit Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit assessments and approvals for financing applications secured against residential and commercial real estate
• Review, analyze, and recommend loan proposals based on credit policies and market dynamics
• Manage a portfolio of clients, including annual reviews, monitoring delinquencies, and adherence to covenants
• Engage with senior business counterparts to structure facilities that meet client expectations and underwriting standards
• Analyze audited financial statements, bank statements, and rental roll reports to evaluate repayment capacity
• Calculate credit risk ratings and RAROC for customers
• Coordinate with Credit Administration, Collections, and Operations to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
• Process loan applications and service requests within agreed SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, or Commerce
• 5-7 years of experience in Corporate/SME Credit or Banking
• Proficiency in analyzing financial ratios such as profitability, solvency, and cash flow
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and internal bank policies
