About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Area Managers and Relationship Managers in portfolio growth
- Manage KYC and onboarding processes within agreed SLAs
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries or complaints
- Coordinate issuance of liability letters and high-value cash withdrawals
- Perform data entry and review new applications against bank policy
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve customer experience and business processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Graduate with at least 3 years of relevant local market knowledge in retail banking
- Background in compliance, operations, product, or sales governance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Focus on process excellence and customer experience
