About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat
- Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and work with Product teams to improve the platform
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform
- Serve as a customer advocate to ensure Clients and Therapists feel supported
Requirements
- One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT codes
- Experience working within Claim MD or Availty verifying benefits and reading EOBs
- Experience working within various payer portals
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish preferably)
