Specialist, Issuer & IPO Services

Responsibilities

• Support Funds application subscription and redemption processes across local and international platforms
• Manage client invoicing, booking, billing, and VAT collection activities
• Handle and monitor standing orders with financial markets for corporate dividend distributions
• Coordinate integration activities including business requirements, UAT, and data migration
• Oversee customer service functions related to Issuer Services and IPO operations
• Supervise registrar services for corporate clients, including dematerialization and listing processes
• Manage the processing lifecycle for IPOs, allotments, rights issues, and refunds
• Perform maker/authorizer responsibilities on the Core Banking System (CBS)
• Oversee ADX/DFM dividend payments, account transfers, and cheque disbursements
• Coordinate with IT to develop secure and compliant systems for efficient STP
• Identify and mitigate operational risks arising from transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience in the banking sector
• At least 3 years in similar positions with increasing managerial responsibilities in Issuer Operations
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations risks and controls within Issuer Services Operations
• Experience with Excel Macros and AI tools
