About the role
Responsibilities
- Reconcile broker invoices and loan documents for accuracy
- Process end-to-end broker evaluations and handle related inquiries
- Maintain daily lead reconciliation and case status updates
- Prepare pipeline and team achievement reports for management
- Support department RCSA, BIA, BCP and KRI requirements
- Prepare payment control sheets per GIA requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, banking or related discipline
- 1 to 2 years relevant banking experience, at least 2 in similar positions
- Functions within Group policies and governance frameworks
