Responsibilities
- Achieve joint business plans for life and general insurance
- Formulate sales and customer marketing strategies
- Lead channel marketing, sales incentive programs, and customer promotion events
- Develop digital marketing strategies for GI and life products
- Leverage data analytics and AI to drive scalable banca income growth
- Support eco-system partnership development to maximize insurance penetration
Requirements
- 10-20 years of professional experience in banking or insurance
- Experience with product or loan documentation
- Expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes
- Prior experience in legal, consulting, or compliance teams
- Deep understanding of financial product compliance frameworks
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence skills
