About the role
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and processing of settlement across domestic, regional and international markets
- Validate instructions and ensure timely matching and settlement across markets
- Handle client, counterparty and sub-custodian communications on settlement matters
- Reconcile positions, cash and FX transactions and escalate discrepancies
- Provide first-level training to new specialists
- Support projects, system upgrades and process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years related work experience
- 5+ years in security services or back-office operations
- Understanding of securities settlements and corporate actions
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking under pressure
- Excellent communication and team working skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in settlement, client services, corporate actions or custody account opening
