About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the AVP, UAEN Development in delivering learning and development for assigned portfolios
- Implement learning and development programmes for allocated UAE Nationals across business areas
- Conduct training needs analysis and oversee design of business-related trainings
- Liaise with external trainers and vendors and source learning services through RFP processes
- Track and report daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and measure training ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in training or learning and development
- Experience in banking or financial services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training delivery and digital training implementation
