About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as office ambassador for employees and visitors across MENA
- Serve as first point of contact for Workplace Experience matters
- Manage space, health and safety, security, maintenance, vendors and events
- Plan employee engagement events fostering community and well-being
- Collaborate with landlords to deliver a high-quality working experience
- Report on KPIs and SLAs and manage budgets for all sites
- Manage third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are reviewed
- Administer the Workplace Service Desk and ensure global SLAs are met
Requirements
- Workplace or facilities management experience in a fast-paced global environment
- Proven experience managing multi-site building operations across borders
- Solid understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Google Apps
- Strong vendor, contract management and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
