Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to operational teams managing all day-to-day facilities activities for specific trades within an assigned district
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds assigned operational and financial goals
- Maintain a strategic view of business objectives and apply a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes
- Create and develop relationships with internal and external partners
- Make effective decisions under stressful conditions and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
