Sponsorship Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the partnership sales process from lead generation to closing
• Drive sales efforts to develop the partners portfolio and line-up of sponsors
• Provide strategic commercial advice to clients to maximize right holder return
• Manage day-to-day relationships with commercial partners and sponsors
• Coordinate necessary activation deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Participate in sponsorship contract negotiations and measurement processes
• Support sponsorship tactical implementation at events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
• Experience engaging and interacting with executive-level stakeholders
• Ability to manage sponsorship marketing strategy and direct reports
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Strong strategic, creative, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• KSA and/or GCC experience
