About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned sports projects
- Support Project Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate employee schedules, attendance, and project rosters
- Serve as the main point of contact for project-related administrative matters
- Liaise with schools, clients, coaches, and suppliers
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and tracking operational expenses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
- Around 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred
- Knowledge of Middle East culture
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the sports, events, education, or service industry
- Experience using ERP or HR systems
