Sports Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned sports projects
• Support Project Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and filing systems
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items
• Coordinate employee schedules, attendance, and project rosters
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related administrative matters
• Liaise with schools, clients, coaches, and suppliers
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
• Assist in maintaining project budgets and tracking operational expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred
• Knowledge of Middle East culture
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the sports, events, education, or service industry
• Experience using ERP or HR systems
