About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation, testing and launch of new token and chain assets
- Own post-listing operations, including contract upgrades, token renaming and repricing
- Monitor and respond rapidly to asset-related risk events
- Define and maintain SOPs for asset onboarding, maintenance and risk handling
- Coordinate Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance and Marketing teams
- Report asset operations metrics and project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2+ years of crypto asset operations or project management experience
- Understanding of digital asset regulatory and compliance requirements
- Data-driven analysis of trading volume, AUM and yield
- Fluent in Chinese and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance, Economics or Blockchain degree
- Familiarity with traditional securities and financial qualifications
