Sr Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Orient and train new employees and provide guidance to Application System Analysts
• Meet with user departments and vendors to define and resolve application system problems
• Develop specifications, design, code, test, debug, and install software programs
• Evaluate new software products for applicability to current and future environments
• Design and install interfaces among systems with disparate hardware and software configurations
• Manage complex multi-disciplinary Information Services projects
• Prepare manuals and training materials for user personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three years of experience in programming and systems design
• Epic Beaker, Epic Orders, or other Epic Certification preferred
• Experience with lab instruments, interfaces, or IS Lab support
• Experience with Data Innovations interfaces
• Understanding of Epic Nephrology, Wound, and/or Outpatient Rehab
