About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and maintain product backlogs
- Define future-state business capabilities and process improvements
- Support requirements for AI-powered product features and intelligent automation
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on Azure-based platform requirements
- Manage competing priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in software product development
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog refinement
- Working knowledge of SDLC, REST APIs, and SQL
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
- Experience with Azure-hosted applications or enterprise SaaS
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting platforms
