About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements
- Develop templates and negotiation playbooks
- Establish consistent contracting and escalation practices
- Improve contract intake and lifecycle-management processes
- Supervise and develop members of the contracts team, including Contract Specialists
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Privacy, Information Security, Technology, Product, Marketing, and Human Resources
Requirements
- Experienced commercial generalist comfortable with both customer-facing and vendor-side agreements
- Practical and business-oriented approach to legal counsel
- Ability to manage and improve contracting functions and processes
