Sr Director, Business Finance

Responsibilities

• Full FP&A responsibility for Innovation & Technology and Lab Operations, including annual planning and forecasting
• Design and implement a monthly financial operating rhythm to drive accountability
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and own the financial narrative
• Partner on board-level financial decks to ensure strategic coherence
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and resource investment decisions
• Co-own the SIOP process with the supply chain team
• Build financial infrastructure from the ground up, including models and dashboards
• Lead, coach, and develop a growing finance team

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A partnership at the Director level or above
• Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and planning cycles from scratch
• Proven track record of holding senior leaders accountable to financial performance
• Elite financial storytelling and executive presence
• Player-coach leadership style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare
• Exposure to technology or lab/operations financial models
• Experience supporting functions through rapid scaling or transformation
