About the role
Responsibilities
- Full FP&A responsibility for Innovation & Technology and Lab Operations, including annual planning and forecasting
- Design and implement a monthly financial operating rhythm to drive accountability
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and own the financial narrative
- Partner on board-level financial decks to ensure strategic coherence
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and resource investment decisions
- Co-own the SIOP process with the supply chain team
- Build financial infrastructure from the ground up, including models and dashboards
- Lead, coach, and develop a growing finance team
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A partnership at the Director level or above
- Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and planning cycles from scratch
- Proven track record of holding senior leaders accountable to financial performance
- Elite financial storytelling and executive presence
- Player-coach leadership style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare
- Exposure to technology or lab/operations financial models
- Experience supporting functions through rapid scaling or transformation
