Sr. Director, Platform Monetization

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-impact growth opportunities across the platform
• Develop business cases and financial models for growth initiatives
• Lead end-to-end execution of approved initiatives from concept through launch
• Measure performance, define success metrics and recommend next steps
• Design experiments, launch pilots and optimize programs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
• Apply AI-driven tools to streamline analysis, modeling and execution
• Present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Significant experience in business strategy, growth or business operations
• Proven track record of taking growth opportunities from concept to measurable impact
• Financial and analytical acumen with unit economics and business case experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake or comparable data platforms
• Experience designing experiments and developing KPIs
• Understanding of digital platforms, marketplaces and product development
• Strong problem-solving and executive communication skills
