About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering for the Incentive Compensation Operations surface
- Own the delivery and outcomes for payouts, reporting, inquiries, and statements
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales
- Lead the team to reenvision incentive compensation operations as AI-native
- Build AI agents to eliminate manual work and reduce time-to-resolution on payout questions
