Sr. Executive(Accounts)

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor supplier invoices, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations
• Oversee customer accounts, collections, and receivables ageing
• Support UAE VAT returns and corporate tax compliance
• Reconcile inventory records with the general ledger
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and system utilization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or CA Inter / CMA Inter)
• 7-9 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Experience in warehouse setup is preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, inventory accounting, and reporting
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements
• Experience with SAP FICO and advanced MS Excel
