Sr. Fabric Technical Data Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end Microsoft Fabric architecture including Lakehouse structure (Bronze / Silver / Gold)
• Define and enforce technical standards for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines across ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems
• Establish governance frameworks for data quality, metadata, lineage and observability
• Own deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and release management for Fabric
• Expand the platform into additional enterprise systems and make data AI-ready

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with semantic modeling and Power BI
• Experience with data cataloging, lineage and metadata management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in construction, fabrication or project-based operational data
• Exposure to AI/ML data platform design
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
