Sr. Fraud Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review fraud data across rewarded apps daily to monitor user behavior and cash-out activity
• Investigate accounts and decide whether each is fraudulent, documenting reasoning
• Review redemptions and payout requests, stopping fraudulent payouts
• Analyze MMP and partner network data to identify invalid traffic and fraudulent sources
• Track fraud trends and recommend rules, thresholds and step-up verification
• Build dashboards and reports quantifying fraud financial impact
• Handle escalations and appeals with Customer Support
• Set review standards and mentor teammates

Requirements

• 4+ years in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk or related analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheets
• Understanding of fraud in rewarded apps, offerwalls and MMP data
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Sound judgment on high-stakes decisions with incomplete information

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics and Python
• Hands-on experience with Verisoul, Protect360 or TUNE
• Experience with identity verification flows such as KYC and one-time passcodes
• Experience with Zendesk
