Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new Workday modules and enhancements
  • Serve as the primary administrator for all HRIS platforms
  • Evaluate HR technology landscape to identify automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to design integrated solutions
  • Develop and maintain system process documentation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and integrations
  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Support data audits, compliance, and security protocols
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration
  • Experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll required
  • Hands-on experience with configuration of multiple HR modules
  • Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
