About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new Workday modules and enhancements
- Serve as the primary administrator for all HRIS platforms
- Evaluate HR technology landscape to identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to design integrated solutions
- Develop and maintain system process documentation
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues and integrations
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Support data audits, compliance, and security protocols
- Provide training and support to HR and business users
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS administration
- Experience with Workday Core Human Capital Management and Payroll required
- Hands-on experience with configuration of multiple HR modules
- Strong understanding of data structures, systems integrations, and reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
