About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and own identity, endpoint and SaaS platforms including Okta, JAMF, Intune and Google Workspace
- Lead design and rollout of zero-trust access models, device compliance frameworks and endpoint standards
- Build automation and infrastructure as code for configuration, provisioning and lifecycle workflows
- Partner with Information Security on controls, vulnerability management and audit readiness (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for complex issues
- Define engineering standards, runbooks and documentation; mentor IT teammates
- Evaluate vendors and tools and make build-versus-buy recommendations
Requirements
- 6+ years in IT systems, endpoint or infrastructure engineering
- Deep hands-on experience with Okta, including SSO, SCIM and conditional access
- Expert experience managing Mac and Windows fleets with JAMF and Intune
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash or PowerShell)
- Experience implementing security controls and zero-trust principles
- Track record leading cross-functional technical projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, health tech or regulated environment experience (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD for endpoint or SaaS configuration
- Hands-on AWS or GCP and cloud networking
- Remote computing design for call center or clinical teams (VDI, managed browser)
- Relevant certifications (JAMF Certified Expert, Okta Certified Professional, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator)
