About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the DTC P&L, growth and revenue performance across drinkolipop.com
- Develop and execute end-to-end DTC strategy with the VP, eCommerce
- Own omni-channel CRM, lifecycle marketing and loyalty strategy
- Manage Affiliate and Social Commerce programs, including TikTok Shop
- Lead large cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Use data and testing to improve acquisition, engagement and LTV
- Communicate performance and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- 12+ years of DTC, ecommerce or digital experience at a high-growth consumer brand
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, Impact/Rakuten
- Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, subscription and loyalty programs
- Proven track record of owning DTC and subscription revenue
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Beverage or BFY Beverage experience
