About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the lead/contact lifecycle framework, including stage definitions, scoring, and routing rules
- Oversee and optimize marketing tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and Bizible
- Reimagine the tracking framework for accurate data capture across digital touchpoints
- Own and evolve the marketing attribution strategy and ROI reporting
- Manage data enrichment and automation tools like ZoomInfo and Clay
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS startup environment
- Hands-on experience and advanced understanding of Marketo
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge for building campaign reporting and dashboards
- Proven experience personally building and owning a marketing attribution strategy
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with data enrichment platforms
