About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for field-based sales and commercial roles
- Partner with Sales Leadership on territory needs and hiring priorities
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for pharmaceutical sales talent
- Build proactive candidate pipelines across multiple regions using Greenhouse
- Conduct assessments on sales competencies and cultural alignment
- Serve as trusted advisor to sales leaders and hiring managers
- Facilitate intake meetings to define candidate profiles and timelines
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends
Requirements
- 4-6 years of pharmaceutical or life science recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting high-volume, geographically dispersed hiring
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare recruiting experience
- Hands-on ATS experience (Workday, Greenhouse)
