About the role
Responsibilities
- Bridge business teams and technical teams for integration requirements
- Define integration requirements and understand business processes across multiple systems
- Gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams on complex integration initiatives
- Write complex user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Support system integrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365
Requirements
- 7+ years as a MS Dynamics Consultant in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for user story management
- Extensive experience designing, documenting, and supporting system integrations involving Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong expertise in API-based integrations, including RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Exposure to Sales, service, or marketing domains and business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience/Knowledge with middleware and data mapping
- Knowledge of Data models, workflow automation, and system governance
