Sr. Placement Executive - Transportation

Responsibilities

• Support the Placement Manager in managing daily operations and team development
• Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure appropriate placement
• Utilize Caffeine software to track and prioritize opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to carriers
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Placement Executives and Associates
• Assist in evaluating carrier performance and providing feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker
• Current P&C Producer License, required
• Experience with property and casualty insurance preferred
• Prior experience working within Epic or another Agency Management System preferred
• Highly comfortable with using various types of technology in a fast-paced environment, including strong usage of Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Attention to detail and take ownership of your work
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines
• Investigative mindset
