Sr. Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery through delivery across one or more product areas
• Contribute to and grow the CIQ design system
• Conduct user research and usability testing with technically sophisticated enterprise users
• Define and track design quality metrics to drive iteration
• Prototype rapidly to explore and communicate ideas
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the development cycle

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise B2B product work
• Deep experience designing data-heavy interfaces, multi-step workflows, admin tools, or developer-facing products
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and measuring design outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma
• Active use of AI tools in design and prototyping workflows
