About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution
- Drive continuous improvement of ecommerce performance across 11 brands, focusing on CRO, merchandising, and checkout improvements
- Serve as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the ownership committee
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Content teams to translate business needs into product requirements
- Define and track key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor
- Navigate and optimize across four different technology stacks to identify opportunities for standardization
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments
- Proven experience running Agile sprint teams
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising
- Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-platform environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with modern product tools such as JIRA and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
