About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate modifications to fee structures and their magnitudes
- Analyze and solve business problems at their root within a broader context
- Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Tech teams to align fee strategy with business priorities
- Collaborate with global fee teams to develop common frameworks and mechanisms
- Develop solutions to drive efficiencies in the fee setting process and improve Seller experience
- Report key insights and trends using statistical rigor to inform leadership
- Participate in periodic reviews with the Amazon Executive Leadership team
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Master's degree or equivalent
