Responsibilities

• Identify and segment target markets and implement annual marketing plans for the Syndication & Structured Finance (SSF) Unit
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, and public shareholding companies
• Originate business to meet financial targets and introduce the bank to emerging Debt Capital Market opportunities
• Review existing portfolios, establish account plans, and recommend credit facilities in line with bank policy
• Manage day-to-day tasks of the SSF Unit, including training and evaluating the team
• Coordinate with internal groups to deliver structured finance solutions to clients
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, UAE legal systems, and internal risk management policies

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in marketing or corporate finance
• CA or MBA qualification preferred
• In-depth understanding of corporate finance technical tools and debt capital markets
• Ability to manage, structure, and execute complex financial deals
• Strong credit, legal, and marketing skills
• Proven leadership qualities and excellent interpersonal communication
