About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets in the UAE across the security systems portfolio
- Focus on selling new construction jobs and growing market share
- Qualify and close new sales opportunities through competitive value propositions and high-quality proposals
- Participate in tendering and bidding processes
- Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth
- Perform stakeholder mapping across Contractors, Consultants, and End Users
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Security Systems Sales in the UAE market
- Experience in designing technical solutions and selecting equipment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to deliver technical solution presentations
- Fluent English language skills
- Valid UAE driving license
