About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals
- Execute operational aspects of booked business, including proposals and contracts
- Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals
- Conduct site inspections and provide turnover to Event Management
- Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or front desk
- Or a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management
