Sr. Software Analyst, Warehouse Execution & Control Systems (WES/WCS)

Responsibilities

• Develop Level 2 Software Design Specifications (SDS) and build firm software scope estimates
• Partner with Solutions Software teams to ensure scope sold matches scope delivered
• Lead detailed design workshops and conduct onsite discovery at customer facilities
• Author 3rd-party integration specifications for robotics, sortation, and carrier systems
• Define WMS/ERP integration specifications, including messaging and data mapping
• Manage project backlogs and participate in Scrum ceremonies
• Define IT, network, and infrastructure requirements for software deployment
• Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) for design reviews and commissioning support

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, or technical project delivery for industrial software (WES/WCS, WMS)
• Technical bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with REST/APIs, messaging, and EDI integrations
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks in fast-paced environments
