Sr. Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program architecture including milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation and success metrics
• Translate strategic priorities into well-scoped, executable programs with clear accountability
• Lead delivery across engineering, product and go-to-market teams against committed timelines
• Run structured review cadences that surface blockers early and keep leadership aligned on risk
• Maintain roadmaps and status cadences giving real-time delivery visibility
• Define, track and own program KPIs with forward-looking assessments
• Build and institutionalize program management frameworks, playbooks and tooling

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, preferably enterprise software or infrastructure
• Technical literacy in Linux, enterprise infrastructure and open-source ecosystems
• Expert command of Jira, Confluence and related tooling
• Track record of driving cross-functional programs on time and within scope
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, influencing up to the C-suite
• Manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously
• Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and customer on-site engagements
