Sr. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of a product area end to end, partnering with product and engineering on the goals and constraints behind the roadmap
• Take ideas to clickable prototypes quickly, and use them to drive decisions instead of slides
• Run research and usability testing, and bring the findings to the people making the calls
• Stay with the work after release, watching how it performs and iterating
• Maintain and extend the design system so people and AI tools produce on brand, accessible output by default
• Share prompts, workflows, and failed experiments to raise the team's AI fluency
• Own the quality of everything you deliver

Requirements

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio of products that shipped
• Demonstrated use of AI in real design work, with examples of what it changed
• Fluency with current AI design, prototyping, and coding tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable
• Strong visual and interaction craft in Figma
• Code literacy to read a component and steer an AI coding tool
• Clear communication in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in design, computer science, or information technology
• Production front end experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, or React
• Prompt libraries or reusable AI workflows built for a team
