Sr. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of a product area end to end, partnering with product and engineering on goals and constraints
• Create clickable prototypes quickly to drive decision-making
• Conduct research and usability testing and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Monitor post-release performance and iterate on designs
• Maintain and extend the design system for brand and accessibility consistency
• Share AI prompts and workflows to increase team fluency
• Ensure quality of all deliverables through designer review

Requirements

• At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio of shipped products
• Proven experience using AI tools in real design work
• Proficiency with AI design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, v0, or Lovable
• Ability to design for AI systems, handling uncertainty and agentic workflows
• Strong visual and interaction craft in Figma
• Ability to communicate and defend design decisions in English
• Basic code literacy to read components and steer AI coding tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in design, computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Production front-end experience with HTML, CSS, SASS, or React
• Experience building prompt libraries or reusable AI workflows for teams
