Sr University Recruiter, Engineer Programs

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pipeline requisitions for university and early careers technical talent
• Screen and assess candidates on technical backgrounds, projects, internships and career interests
• Match qualified candidates with hiring teams based on technical skills and business needs
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on early careers hiring needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across software, hardware and engineering disciplines
• Engage talent through university programs, campus partnerships, referrals and sourcing
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates in ATS and CRM platforms
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong recruiting experience, preferably in university, early careers or technical recruitment
• Experience managing talent pipelines and matching candidates with hiring teams
• Understanding of software, mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes, including projects and coursework
• Strong relationship management, communication and organizational skills
• Experience using ATS and CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Eightfold experience
• Experience supporting university recruiting or new graduate engineering hiring
• Experience in automotive, EV, mobility, manufacturing, aerospace or robotics
