About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the future state of voice infrastructure
- Manage Voice Service contracts and vendor relationships
- Develop roadmaps for telephony solutions and Contact Center technologies
- Research and test new voice technologies
- Work with Operations Engineers to resolve technical problem areas
- Provide weekly status reports to management
- Document new processes and facilitate technical conversations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of technical engineering experience in collaboration platforms
- 3-5 years of Enterprise Voice administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice or Cisco Webex Contact Center
- Experience in vendor management and internal customer service
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and methodology
- Voice Certifications from Microsoft or Cisco preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
