About the role
Responsibilities
- Set the standard for Bolt's product voice, terminology, and patterns
- Review writing from across the company and provide feedback to improve judgment
- Own the content strategy and shape product direction
- Ship content-led features end-to-end, from scoping to implementation
- Partner with Marketing and CX to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Portfolio of product content work showing reasoning and impact
- Ability to take a feature from problem to shipped using Figma or agentic tools
- Experience building systems or guidelines used by others
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or small team experience
- Experience shaping AI tools or conversational interfaces
- Experience writing for product, marketing, and support content
- Consumer product experience
