About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor staff data, headcount and deployment across projects and contracts
- Handle large volumes of payroll and staffing data and identify discrepancies
- Verify new hiring requirements against deployment plans and timelines
- Analyze data, identify trends and variations, and support planning decisions
- Prepare regular reports on staff strength, deployment and payroll data
- Extract and analyze ERP data and coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll and Operations
Requirements
- Experience in payroll management, staff data management or manpower reporting
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and system-generated reports
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and coordination skills
