Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate design vision for critical and complex product initiatives
• Establish a north star for the consumer experience and drive cross-functional alignment
• Influence product strategy and roadmap through design work
• Own the design process end-to-end from research and ideation to prototyping and execution
• Maintain high craft standards across interaction patterns and the design system
• Build detailed prototypes to illuminate product direction
• Use AI across the design lifecycle for exploration and prototyping
• Partner with design leadership, product, and engineering teams
• Provide mentorship and craft feedback to other designers
• Establish and evolve design standards and processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record as a senior individual contributor on complex consumer products
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design with shipped work at significant scope
• Ability to operate at the product strategy level
• Exceptional execution in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in modern design tooling and fluency with front-end development
• Comfort using AI tools for research, exploration, and workflow improvement
• Genuine interest in financial products
